My orders
Log in to track your order.
Click on "Order" to view details of your order, such as
- contained articles
- delivery address given
- selected payment type
- Order amount
- Payment status
Has your address changed?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of completed orders.
As long as your order has not yet been packed, you can cancel it and order your desired items again after you have changed your address in your customer account.
If you can no longer cancel it and your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded.
